Information We Collect
Lista Ime is designed to collect only the information needed to provide shared to-do and shopping list features. Depending on how you use the app, we may collect and store:
- Your name, display name, and email address.
- Authentication identifiers provided by Apple, Google, or Firebase Authentication.
- Lists you create, list names, list memberships, invitations, task text, task status, and basic activity timestamps.
- Basic technical records needed to operate the service, such as session tokens, server logs, and push notification tokens if notifications are enabled.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Lista Ime does not currently offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Authentication
Lista Ime supports account access through Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. Passwords are not created, processed, or stored by Lista Ime. Authentication credentials, identity verification, and password-related processes are managed by Apple, Google, and supporting authentication services.
When you sign in, those providers may share limited account information with us, such as your email address, display name, and a provider-specific user identifier, so that we can create and maintain your Lista Ime account.
How We Use Data
We use collected information only for legitimate operation of the app and related services, including to:
- Create and maintain your account.
- Allow you to create, update, complete, and manage shared lists and tasks.
- Let you invite other users and participate in lists shared with you.
- Synchronize content across your devices and with other list members.
- Send service-related notices, including invitations and push notifications when enabled.
- Protect the security, availability, and integrity of the service.
- Respond to support, data access, correction, or deletion requests.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your personal information for third-party advertising. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- With other list members: When you share a list, list content, task activity, member names, and related timestamps may be visible to people who have access to that list.
- With service providers: We may use trusted infrastructure, authentication, notification, hosting, database, or security providers to operate the app.
- For legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the service.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards include encrypted transport where applicable, access controls, and separation of authentication from password handling.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Apple or Google account you use to access Lista Ime.
Third-Party Services
Lista Ime relies on third-party services to provide authentication, app platform functionality, notifications, hosting, and infrastructure. These may include Apple services, Google services, Firebase services, and server hosting providers.
Your use of Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google is also subject to the applicable privacy policies and terms of those providers. We encourage you to review their privacy information directly.
User Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with your account. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at [email protected]. After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize account data that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal, security, or operational obligations.
Because Lista Ime supports shared lists, deleting an account may not automatically remove every item of list content that has already been shared with other list members. Where required by applicable law, or where reasonably possible, we will delete or anonymize personal identifiers connected to that content.
Children's Privacy
Lista Ime is not intended for children and is not directed to users under the age of 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of Lista Ime after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy.
