Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Lista Ime, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app or related services.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information in connection with the service.
User Accounts
To use Lista Ime, you may need to sign in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Lista Ime does not create, process, or store user passwords. Authentication credentials and password-related account security are managed by Apple, Google, and supporting authentication services.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple or Google account you use with Lista Ime and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Lista Ime only for lawful, personal, household, or organizational list management purposes. You must not:
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Upload, create, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or misleading.
- Attempt to access another user's account, lists, data, systems, or networks without authorization.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service or its infrastructure.
- Use Lista Ime to transmit malware, spam, automated abuse, or other harmful code or content.
When you invite other users to a shared list, you are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use their email address for that invitation.
Intellectual Property
Lista Ime, including its name, design, interface, logos, software, code, visual elements, and related materials, is owned by FourX Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
You retain ownership of list names, task text, and other content that you create in the app. By using Lista Ime, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content solely as needed to provide and improve the service, including sharing it with users you invite to the same list.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable and useful service, but Lista Ime may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time where reasonably necessary for product, security, operational, or legal reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lista Ime and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Account Termination
You may stop using Lista Ime at any time. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, used the service unlawfully, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational concerns.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Lista Ime after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless the laws of your country of residence require otherwise. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities as required under applicable law.
